  • These tools are designed for the body. For facial use, it’s best to choose smaller, gentler tools made for delicate skin.

  • Yes. We recommend a lightweight natural body oil such as jojoba, almond, or grapeseed. These absorb well without leaving skin greasy and help the tools glide smoothly while protecting your skin.

  • The rolling should feel relaxing and therapeutic, not painful. Sometimes, if muscles are tense, you may feel slight discomfort — this is normal. Just use very light pressure until your body gets used to the tools, and gradually increase as it feels more comfortable.
