FAQs
Is parking available at the Studio?
Free parking is available on nearby side streets, and paid parking bays can be found throughout the area.
Are the prices the same for home and studio treatments?
Home visits are a premium service and are priced slightly higher to cover travel, extra setup and pack-down time, and the convenience of enjoying treatments in your own space. For the best value, we recommend visiting us at the studio.
What treatments do you offer and how much are they?
Our treatments are designed to support you through every stage of life. Lymphatic drainage and sculpting therapies are at the heart of what we do and remain our most popular offerings. You can explore our full treatment menu here. If you’d like to discuss your options, feel free to WhatsApp or call us at 07768 954 180.
Do you offer package deals or bundles?
Yes. We offer discounted bundles designed to be used in consecutive weeks to help you kickstart your wellness journey. You can also enjoy savings when booking monthly or fortnightly sessions. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
Do any treatments require medical approval?
Most of our treatments are safe, but if we have any concerns based on your pre-treatment health form, we may request medical approval. Our prenatal Mama Glow & Grow treatments are safe from the second trimester, though GP approval may sometimes be required.
Do you offer any other support?
Yes. We partner with Nanda Physiotherapy & Massage, led by women’s health expert and physiotherapist Nanda, who offers specialist care including the Mummy MOT. Her team can also support you with a wide range of health needs. We’re also connected with other trusted therapists across different services - feel free to reach out for recommendations.
I’ve never had lymphatic drainage - is there any prep or downtime?
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, effective treatment that helps your body naturally detoxify. We recommend light meals and plenty of water before and after your session, and avoiding alcohol or spicy foods for 12 hours. While there’s no formal downtime, it’s normal to feel a little tired for up to 72 hours as your body adjusts — this is a sign your system is responding to the treatment.
When is the best time to have a lymphatic drainage treatment?
Lymphatic drainage is beneficial at any time, but it’s especially helpful during periods of fluid retention, bloating, fatigue, or after intense physical activity. It’s also recommended for postnatal recovery, before or after surgery (with medical approval), or whenever you want a gentle detox and energy boost. Regular sessions can help maintain overall wellness and support the body’s natural cleansing processes.
How often should I have a treatment?
The ideal frequency depends on your goals and lifestyle. For general wellbeing and stress relief, once a month works well. If you’re addressing specific concerns, recovering from an injury, or supporting postnatal recovery, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. We can help tailor a schedule to suit your needs.
What is Wood Therapy?
Wood therapy is a non-invasive treatment using specially designed wooden tools to reduce fluid retention, stimulate circulation, boost collagen, and naturally define body contours. It’s comfortable, effective, and not painful.
