Hi, I’m Dina!
I live in North West London with my daughter, Alyssa, and husband, Jin. Born in India and raised in NW London in a lively Gujarati household with three sisters, I grew up in a culture where self-care wasn’t a priority. Life was about caring for others and just getting on with it.
After becoming a mum, juggling full-time work, a renovation and house move, I hit a wall. I was constantly exhausted, plagued by headaches, and completely burnt out. Doctors told me I was fine, but I knew I wasn’t.
Desperate to feel like myself again, I turned to complementary therapies and began building small self-care rituals into my daily life. Progress was slow, but regular massages and mindful habits helped me feel like I was coming home to myself.
When I was made redundant, I saw it as a sign to pivot into wellness. I trained as a massage therapist out of curiosity, but soon discovered I had a real gift for it.
For the past five years, I’ve been helping busy mums and time-poor South Asians (like I once was) to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through therapeutic massage and holistic care.
Becoming a therapist has been transformative. Beyond the treatments, it’s about holding space – sharing laughter, stories, and sometimes even tears.
I created Home Wellness Bar to offer the kind of support I once needed – because guilt-free, intentional self-care has the power to change everything.
Are you ready to reconnect with yourself? Book your treatment and I look forward to seeing you on the table!
Outside of work, you’ll find me on spontaneous road trips, exploring nature’s hidden gems, dancing to Beyoncé, or cooking up a feast – always in search of the next great experience or recipe!
